On side one --
  first the Polydor logo comes up and does its thing
  then the Megazone 23 title comes on and fades off
  then there is a sudden cut to the first scene with Shogo on his cycle
  this visual cut to the first scene is the sync point.  the sound is actually
    slightly delayed from the sync point.
