Fu ** Mashin ( RayEarth, Siren, and Windum ) "Mashin" can be translated as Magic God(s). "Mashin" is composed of two Japanese words: Ma = Magic, Magical Shin = God(s) ** Mamono "Mamono" basically means "demon." But in this case, Magic Creature seems appropriate. Ma = Magic, Magical Mono = Creature, Physical Object, etc. ** Seiju "Seiju" is composed of two words: Sei = spirit Ju = beast, animal seiju = spiritual beast (?) ** Ki spirit / mind / aura, etc. I chose "aura" as its equivalent. ** Kuni country / nation I chose "country." FELIO: Because of the previous battle, the new magic creature had been created, hadn't they? It's one of them, isn't it? ASCOT: No. This magic creature is not something like that. EAGLE: Speaking of girls, I remember I heard a girl's voice from the Magic God ( = Mashin ). ZAZU: Eh? A girl? Was she pretty? How old did she look like? Was she within my consideration? Alcione, Since we fought each other before, I understand you have negative feelings against us. But, at least, can you stay in that castle? They ( = Caldina and others ) told me that the castle is made of the power of their will. Like magicians, magical people, and summoners, (*2) the castle is being made by those who have strong will. CLEF: (Even YOU whose magic power is equal to your brother Zagard, who was Cefiro's Priest, couldn't catch it.) LANTICE: (It was you, Comrade Clef, who taught magic to my brother and me.) I consider like: ma = magic, magical shyo = personality, nature Then "mashyo" means "magical personality." summoners = shyokan-shi shyokan = summon shi = person/people "Shyokan-shi" means a person who summons.
